Toulouse footballer Zakaria Abu Halal, a Moroccan footballer, led his team to the French Cup final by beating Annecy by two goals to one.
Abu Halal entered Toulouse in the 36th minute before Alexis Bosti equalized for Anisi from a penalty kick in the fourth minute of settlement time instead of losing the first half; Before Toulouse regained the lead in the 85th minute thanks to Fares Shaibi.
In the final, Toulouse will face Nantes, who qualified after beating Lyon 1-0 on Wednesday.
The Moroccan striker has scored his tenth goal this season in all competitions played by Toulouse (Liga Francaise and Coupe de France) and has provided five assists in 28 matches he has played.
It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team player Zakaria Abu Halal last summer moved to the French club Toulouse from the Dutch club AZ Alkmaar and participated in the Qatar 2022 World Cup final as part of the Moroccan national team. Together with Atlas Lions, he finished fourth in this prestigious competition.
