Al-Bayda enlists the support of Al-Wadad and Al-Rajah
The Casablanca Community Council has approved a new partnership agreement to raise the value of the support given to Wydad and Raja sports clubs in the context of supporting competitive sports.
In this regard, the deputy mayor of Casablanca, Abdellatif Nassiri, who is delegated to the field of culture and sports, said in a statement to Hesport that the new agreement will determine the benefit of each club in the amount of 5 million dirhams. annually for six years with the possibility of renewal of the Agreement.
He added: “This is great progress and a qualitative leap in terms of support, and it is not enough in the right of Raja and Vidad, given their problems and stakes. As I emphasized earlier, they are the powerhouse of the national sport and the façade of the city of Casablanca.
Regarding the details of the support given to each club, Abdellatif Al-Nasiri said that the Casablanca Community Council has decided to allocate one million dirhams (100 million centimeters) from the total amount provided each year to the school of each team for the education of juniors, in order to develop the football product and bring sports services to most provinces, the city of Casablanca.
The speaker emphasized that the partnership agreement includes stimulating financial support; In the event that one of the two teams wins the continental title, they will receive 1 million dirhams (100 million centimeters) as an incentive bonus, and if they win the local title, the additional grant will be equivalent to half a million dirhams (50 million centimeters).
The Deputy Mayor of Casablanca confirmed that the partnership agreement defines a number of important points, such as the contribution of the Poles of Casablanca to the week of sportsmanship and the fight against sports hooliganism, in addition to the interest in the female component and the memory of the two clubs, and a number of other positive points.
It is noteworthy that the previous partnership agreement, which brought together the Casablanca city council and the Wydad and Al-Raja clubs, according to which the amount of support did not exceed 2 million dirhams per year for each team for 3 years.
