The General Administration of Real Estate showed that the compliance of e-real estate platforms with real estate advertising control requirements and e-real estate platform licensing and classification standards has increased significantly compared to the past months or the same period of the previous year. year, since in November of the current 2022 it rose to 82%.

The authority stated that it checks the authenticity of advertisements and ensures that they are not misleading, as well as the completeness of the information contained in them, such as the definition of the purpose of the advertisement, type of ownership, name of the advertiser, license. number, city and area name, in addition to disclosing basic data that helps the buyer or tenant make a decision, such as the area of ​​​​the property, its description, including type, age, content, and any effective description, such as the street view and the facade on which it is location, disputes, if any, a lien or restriction preventing disposition or use, any rights and obligations with respect to the property and related services, and means of communication with the advertiser.
