Al Taawon Club announced that two of its players suffered a cruciate ligament injury after undergoing a medical examination.
Al Taawon Club released a statement confirming that team player Abdul Malik Al-Ayeri suffered a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee, which required surgery.
Medical examinations also revealed that Flavio da Silva had a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, requiring surgery.
