Bomba sends Libreville fans to war

On Saturday evening, the theater group “Shehab” presented the performance “Bomb”, which in a comic form returned the audience to the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War.

And he played the roles of this theatrical work, which was shown with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad – the sector of the community living abroad – in the presence of, among others, the Ambassador of Morocco. in Leproville, Abdallah Subayhi and members of the diplomatic corps, each of the artists Saad al-Tassuli, Jawad al-Khudi, Benaysa al-Jirari and Sakina Darabil.

The facts of the play tell the story of four Moroccan soldiers, the only survivors of a battalion of over 1,000 soldiers fighting in vain to liberate French lands from Nazi colonialism, and the courage and nobility of these soldiers on the battlefields.

Colonialism, resistance and Nazism, the dark periods of the Great Patriotic War, the participants of the theater group brilliantly embodied on stage. From dramatic inner discourse to humor, each artist tackles these themes in their own way, and through the accumulated artistic balance, members of the theatrical group manage to mix laughter, thoughts and feelings, sometimes all at the same time.

In the performance, comic scenes were combined with more dramatic ones, ending in a tragic situation – the murder of four soldiers.

At the end of the show, the members of the troupe confirmed that the theatrical work of “Bombola” testifies to the valor of the Moroccan soldiers and their constant readiness for self-sacrifice in the name of their native country.

They also praised the Moroccan community in Gabon and around the world who come to see the play in large numbers, demonstrating their strong attachment to the country’s three constants: “God, Motherland and King”.

The performance will be shown on Monday in Dakar, Senegal’s capital.
