Former Moroccan international Aziz Bouderbala said that Moroccans have gone through a difficult period under the leadership of former Bosnian national voter Vahid Halilhodzic.
Bouderbala added in an exclusive statement to Hesport that during the Halilhodzic period, everyone lived in miserliness and desperation, noting that national voter Walid Rekraki knew how to treat players in the current era.
The former international stressed that putting the responsibility for preparing the Lions on Regrachi gave the team a special character, as Regrachi is a young coach with a professional mindset, big ambitions and able to cope with the psychological aspect of the players.
Bouderbala said: “Today we are aware of the importance of modern football that Walid is involved in. There is a moment when we excel at the wing level, in the presence of Hakimi, Mazraoui, Bufal and Harit, and this will give us superiority.”
He added: “If the technical data available to Morocco is used, I think it is possible to qualify for the second round of the next World Cup in Qatar.”
It is noteworthy that on November 17, the Moroccan national team will play with Georgia in the United Arab Emirates in preparation for the next World Cup in Qatar.
