Mbarka Buaida, head of the Guelmim Oued Noun region, said in a speech on the occasion that the organization of this investment day is a response to the royal directives included in the opening speech of Parliament in October 2022, and in accordance with the directions, a new investment pact within the spirit and ambitions of a new development model.
The President of the Region added that this event is an occasion to highlight economic, developmental and human qualifications, to see ambitious sectoral strategies in the Guelmim Oued Noun region and to learn about the investment advantages open to investors in the region. national and international levels.
She explained that the organization of the Investor Day in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) was due to the fact that the latter is one of the institutions working to promote investment and is one of the largest multilateral sources of financing through loans. and capital contributions for productive and economic projects, and it occupies a prominent place in the world economy in the context of economic globalization.
The same elected member added that among the objectives of this regional event, which has a national and international dimension, is to provide reliable and useful answers to the challenges associated with investing in the region, to highlight its opportunities and opportunities, to think about its future in terms of job creation, increasing the indicators of its development, increasing and strengthening its attractiveness.
