The Executive Council of the African Confederation of Football (CAF), chaired by South African Patrice Motsepe, today unanimously supported the candidacy of the Kingdom of Morocco to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup along with Spain and Portugal.
This happened during the meeting held today via video debate, in which all members reaffirmed their full support for the candidacy of Morocco as the African candidacy, as indicated in the message of King Mohammed VI in his message at the coronation ceremony with the award for excellence awarded to him by the African Union in capital of Rwanda, Kigali.
