The National Agency for the Legalization of Cannabis Activities launched its website today, Tuesday, through which it will be possible to request licenses to carry out activities related to cannabis.
The website http://www.anrac.gov.ma/ is in three languages: Arabic, French and English and contains various information related to the legal use of cannabis.
The National Agency for the Legalization of Cannabis Activities was established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13-21, and is entrusted with the task of implementing the state strategy for the cultivation, production, processing, processing and export of cannabis and importing its products for medical, pharmaceutical and industrial purposes.
The law provides for the issuance of licenses for nine types of activities; The first is related to the farmer who is engaged in production and agriculture and is carried out by a farmer from the region and has a direct connection to the land and in the three codified regions (Chefchaouen prefecture, Taunat prefecture and El Hoceima prefecture). ). The second activity concerns the production and use of seedlings, the import of seeds and seedlings or the export of seeds and seedlings; This is the work of people, not companies. The rest of the activities are entrusted to companies related to the conversion, transportation, marketing, export and import of cannabis products.
