The Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and Sports is preparing to implement procedures and changes related to the time programming of some administrative processes, including the process of obtaining a pension before reaching retirement age, until the next school entry. 2023-2024
National education sector employees who wish to benefit from the relative pension must have at least thirty years of active service by August 31, 2023.
The specified period is calculated by accepting the date of service in the administration with the calculation of previous length of service and minus periods of downtime, a period of temporary suspension from work, after a sick leave, as well as the terms of serving a sentence in the form of temporary dismissal from work.
The Ministry of National Education indicated that the memorandum regarding the management of the procedure for obtaining a pension before reaching retirement age (relative retirement) is in line with the proactive approach on which the new vision for managing the education system is based. on the basis of and in an attempt to “provide the proper conditions for the launch of the next school entry, as well as the adoption of the Electronic Pension Files approved by the Moroccan Pension Fund.
