Kuwait’s oil minister, Muhammad Al-Faris, said in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency today, Tuesday, that “the OPEC+ alliance does not follow the price issue, but focuses mainly on providing the necessary volumes for the needs of the market.”
In statements made upon arrival in the Austrian capital Vienna for a ministerial meeting on Wednesday, Al-Fares added that Kuwait always strives to ensure the stability of world oil markets and prevent price fluctuations.
