The National Coordination of Physicians of the Regional Education and Retraining Centers emphasized the observance of the decree on the establishment of the centers, as well as the commitment to the agreement signed between the National Union of Higher Education and the government on April 29, 2011, according to which employees, to obtain a doctorate in higher education institutions is beneficial with a change in the framework to associate professor of higher education.
