In pursuance of the order of King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, this morning, Tuesday, at the Hassan Mosque in Rabat, in accordance with the Sunnah of the Chosen One, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whenever the rain has stopped.
In an atmosphere of reverence, crowds of believers moved on foot from the local academic council of the city of Rabat, to Bab Chella, in the direction of the Hassan mosque, led by students of the Qur’anic books and a number of students of the Muhammad VI Institute for the Training of Imams, Guides and Murhidats, begging Almighty God to pray and ask for forgiveness, and water His servants and his animals, and spreads His mercy, and revives his dead country with rains of goodness.
The congregation at the Hassan Mosque prayed for rain in an atmosphere of reverence and awe, praying to the Holy Lord that He, may He be glorified, would show us His goodness and the abundance of His giving, and that He could give us relief from all suffering and a way out of all suffering.
The worshipers listened to the imam’s sermon, in which he called for fear of God, compassion and supplication to the magnanimous and merciful Lord, who overcomes mistakes and forgives misconduct, calling for mixing desire with awe and urgency with a problem, and asked a lot Forgiveness, prayers and peace to the best of people, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.
And the hands of those praying to the Almighty, the Almighty, ascended to wait for this faithful country and bring down mercy on His servants, and to grant victory to the Commander of the Faithful, and to protect him, and to grant him consolation and their eyes on the Crown Prince Moulay El-Hassan, and to strengthen him support with his brother, Prince Moulay Rashid and the rest of the royal family, and send clouds of mercy and forgiveness to the two forgiven kings Mohammed V and Hassan II, may God bless their wealth.
The prayer for rain was attended, in particular, by the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ahmed al-Tawfiq, the Secretary General of the Supreme Scientific Council Mohamed Yasef, the wali of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra district, the governor of the Rabat Prefecture Mohamed Yakubi and the head of the Rabat-Sale Regional Council Kenitra Rashid al-Abdi, as well as a number of elected officials, representatives of local authorities, civilian and military figures.
And the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced yesterday, Monday, that the prayer for rain will be held today, Tuesday, in chapels and mosques in various regions and regions of the Kingdom, in pursuance of the order of King Mohammed VI. .
The Moroccans have always made a prayer for rain whenever the rain lingers, and this is a reflection of God’s mercy, presence and bestowal, in accordance with what the Almighty said, whose mercy preceded His wrath, and who does not disappoint those who hope and turn to Him: “Call to Me, I will answer you,” and the Almighty said: “Ask forgiveness from your Lord, for He is Forgiving, He sends heaven.”
