It was decided to start the movement of sessions, subordinate to the commercial and administrative courts of Agadir, in the cities of El Aaiun and Dakhla.

A joint communiqué from the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and the Prosecutor General’s Office said the move was “as part of the revitalization of the newly established commercial and administrative courts in the cities of El Aaiun and Dakhla.” and in the midst of the celebration of the components of justice to commemorate the 47th anniversary of the victorious Green March, and in the context of helping to bring the judiciary closer to the participants in the process, facilitating their access to justice and ensuring the speedy resolution of cases in a manner that ensures legal security and strengthens mechanisms to improve the business climate, encourage investment and achieve development in our southern regions, and after studying the issue within the framework of the activities of a joint body, and in a manner that does not contradict the independence of the judiciary.

The same communication added that, in this context, two court mobility meetings would be held in Dakhla on November 7, 2022, and another in El Aaiun on November 8, 2022.

The source said that regular off-site meetings will continue on economic and administrative matters, according to what will be announced in the program for organizing the work of the two courts.
