Samir Kodar, deputy general secretary of the Authenticity and Modernity Party, said that the next conference of the Authenticity and Modernity Party would take place “no later than February 2024.”
Kodar, who spoke at a communication meeting at his party’s headquarters in Rabat, stressed that the conference would in any case be held within the legal deadlines and “it will take place in Al-Aqsa on 7 February.”
The deputy general secretary of this party criticized the statement of the three former general secretaries Hassan Benadi, Mohamed Sheikh Bidalla and Hakim Benchmash. He said the people behind the statement were “pretending to be an institution and qualities not found in the party system,” recalling that Benchmash is a member of the party’s current politburo, “but he doesn’t attend its meetings and he doesn’t express an opinion.” In the hands of God, he adds, a member of the National Council of the party, and “they should participate in the work of these structures and express their opinion on this matter, without hindering anyone.”
