The Greek management of AEK Athens is exploring the possibility of extending the contract of Moroccan footballer Noureddine Amrabat after his brilliant performance in the current season, which ended with his League and Cup titles.
According to Greek media reports, the AEK administration is looking forward to extending Amrabat’s position after his outstanding performance this season and his huge efforts to crown the team with a double, noting that the contract linking him to the team will expire at the end of next season. In this regard, Amrabat said in press statements after his club won the Greek Cup yesterday that he is very pleased with the titles he has won with the team this season and that he has had an outstanding year that ended happily.

He continued, “The team management has suggested that I extend my contract for another year, but I will consult with my family before making a final decision.”
This season, Amrabat played 34 matches for AEK Athens, scoring eight goals and winning the Greek League and Cup titles with the club.
