The National Union of Labor in Morocco (a trade union close to the Justice and Development Party) has renewed its criticism of the government for its exclusion from social dialogue, as well as membership in some national and constitutional institutions and councils, considering its exclusion an “arbitrary interpretation”. laws expressing the confusion and weakness of this government and its inability to open itself to voices of criticism and dissent.”

This union, according to what was included in its final statement issued by its eighth national congress held late last week in Bouznik, warned the government of its violations of the abolition of the right to collective bargaining and social dialogue and the siege of the radiation of trade union organizations with logic of exclusion, which is contrary to the Moroccan legal system and its international obligations in this regard. He called for “an end to all manifestations of restrictions on trade union freedoms and the right to organize and hold demonstrations.”
