The number of shares traded – according to the Saudi Press Agency’s Daily Economic Bulletin for the Saudi Stock Market – reached 123 million shares, split by more than 310,000 trades in which 126 stocks recorded gains in value, while 75 stocks ended lower.
Stocks: Fitaihi Group, Paper Industry, Sipchem International, Theeb and Gypsco posted the biggest gains, while SABB, National Education, Al-Arabi, Cooperative and Al-Bilad stocks were the lowest in transactions as gains and losses fluctuated from 6.12% to 4.98%.
At the same time, shares of companies: Petro Rabigh, Marafiq, Saudi Telecom Company, Al-Rajhi and Development were the most active in terms of number, and shares of companies: Al-Rajhi, Marafiq, Saudi Telecom Company, Al-Ahly and Development were the most active in value terms. .
The Saudi Parallel Stock Index (Growth) closed today at a low of 497.85 points, closing at 18747.87 points with a value of 126 million riyals, and the number of shares outstanding reached more than 750 thousand shares divided by 1248 to deal with.
