The National Trade Union of Morocco has signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with the Pakistan Trade Union of Trade Unions, which is one of the largest trade unions.

This agreement aims, according to the union, “to strengthen bilateral friendly relations, to coordinate efforts to strengthen and expand the range of relations with trade unions that share goals with the National Federation, and to exchange experience in the field of international trade union relations and trade union rights and freedoms.”

This partnership took place on the sidelines of a reception by Abd al-Ilah al-Halouti, General Secretary of the National Union, his colleague, General Secretary of the Pakistan Workers’ Union, Haji Muhammad Saeed, and his deputy, Rana Muhammad. Akram and two members of the Executive Office.

In parallel with the same visit of the Pakistani trade union delegation, the latter paid a visit to the Moroccan Parliament, during which he met with the parliamentary adviser of the federation, Khaled El Satti, during which the trade union delegation was also briefed on the most important objects of the parliament, its structure and role, as well as the mechanisms work in the second chamber to advocate for Moroccan workers and citizens.
